We Don’t Just Build Homes, We Build Relationships

Ken Berge’s involvement with Wausau Homes dates back to the mid 1970’s. It’s a good fit because we both have the goal of providing our clients with quality homes at competitive prices, and we both focus on doing well for others and assisting our clients through the buying process.

Ken Berge Construction knows that families looking to build a home are buying more than just a product; they are creating a long-term partnership with their builder. With that in mind, we are serious about establishing lasting, quality relationships with our clients.

Many will tell you that they do business with Ken Berge Construction because they know we are fair and honest. One out-of-town vacation client told us recently that the reason he does business with Ken Berge Construction is that he doesn’t have to worry – he knows we will do the right thing regardless of the situation.

Wausau Homes History

From dairy route to sawmill/lumberyard to home building supply center, Wausau Homes’ 50+ year history is one of constant growth and improvement. Today, its finely tuned system of home building is recognized as one of the best in the industry: controlled construction.

Finished components are produced and transported to the job site, and erected there. Its value is not only in cost containment and speed, but also in quality control and engineering excellence. Builders and custom home buyers both benefit.

Partners with Wausau Homes for over 16 years, Ken Berge and his team are ready to meet your needs.
