Built with architectural influences from Colonial, Queen Anne, Victorian, Georgian and traditional farmhouse styles, the homes include such items as functional exterior window shutters and extra trim-like brackets, a wooden front door with a transom over the front entrance, fireplaces with marble tile around the raised hearth, and manufactured hardwood flooring. Cabinetry is in maple, oak or cherry wood, and the homes have maple, oak or white trim.
Though the look may be from a bygone era, the amenities are thoroughly modern and affordable. Stainless steel appliances are options included in the price, and some kitchens have a pantry. Laminate countertops have the look of granite or marble while staying cost effective. All master bathrooms have soaking tubs, separate showers and two sinks.
Revival Homes chose modular construction because of the advantages of systems built homes.
