We’re excited that you’re interested in pursuing the path to success with Wausau Homes. Following are the steps that each of our prospective members follow in order to become part of our family. Please feel free to review each of these steps carefully. If at any time you’d like to get started, do not hesitate to contact us directly, fill out an online application or send us some of your basic information and have us call you!
Tell us about YourselfFirst, you’ll need to complete and submit a simple form. We’ll then forward this on to our Application Processor for preliminary review. |
Initial Phone Interviews and MeetingsOur Application Processor will then call you to discuss your form submission, answer any questions you may have, and arrange for additional interviews with other key WH management personnel if warranted. This is where we will provide overview of our Builder Requirements, including potential business location(s) and, our Builder Agreement, etc. |
Corporate VisitNow it’s time to schedule your trip to the Wausau Homes Headquarters in Rothschild, WI to tour the facilities and meet several members of our team. |
ApprovalOnce we complete our final review and have approval from our team members, we will pleased to welcome you to our team of Wausau Homes Builders! Congratulations! |
