When it comes to sloped ceilings, there are several terms you should know:
 Studio Vault
Ceiling slopes in a single direction
Cathedral
Ceiling slopes in two directions.
Vaulted
A generic term indicating that the ceiling slopes in either one or two directions.
Volume
A vague term indicating some type of slope or a flat ceiling that is higher than usual.
