	Jenny Lipinski, From the Production line to Warehouse Supervisor “In 1994, I came to Wausau Homes ready to learn and take on a challenge. I started out on the shop floor with only a small amount of knowledge in home building. Today, I’m the Supervisor of Wausau’s warehouse. I understand not only the building process and the home building industry, but I’ve also learned so much about working with people and responding to the needs of our customers.”
	Tom Woller, From the Production Line to Builder Recruitment Manager “When I began at Wausau Homes 21 years ago, I never envisioned all I would be learning and doing. From working on the production floor, I moved on to be a Sales Engineer, Project Manager, IT Manager, and a Wausau Homes Builder. Now I’m a Builder Recruitment Manager working with potential and new Wausau Homes Builders, sharing my knowledge and helping them succeed.”
	Chet Osowski, From Builder Crew to Plant Manager “Forty years goes by fast when you are doing what you really enjoy. In 1969, fresh out of high school, I began at Wausau Homes building floor and roof panels. Today, I’m the plant manager. I’ve always had opportunities to grow. I’ve worked in production, in the warehouse, on set crews to supervising projects in the field. I even built homes in the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia. I wouldn’t change a minute of it!”
	Travis Willman, From Sales Engineer to Business Development Manager “In 2002, I joined Wausau Homes as a Sales Engineer. Since then, I’ve had many great opportunities and experiences, including a move to Lakeland, Georgia, originally to serve as Sales Engineer and then as Operations Manager. The company allowed me to move back to Wausau where now I am a Business Development Manager for our builders in Northern Wisconsin, Minnesota, and the UP of Michigan. I don’t know of another company that I could learn and do so much in a relatively short amount of time. “
