College Internship Program

hiring to begin January 2010.

 

 

Summary:
Wausau Homes offers to students pursuing either an Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree, internships to enhance their learning experience. Depending on the area, and level of expertise these may be paid or non-paid internships.

The following is a list of internships we anticipate offering in 2010/2011:

1. Marketing
2. Human Resources
3. Project Coordination in the area of Builder Support
4. Material Specialists
5. Production Staff
6. Accounting
7. Component Designer

Requirements

• Pursing an Associates or Bachelors degree in a relevant field of study.
• Strong written and oral communication.
• Ability to thrive in a multi-task, flexible environment.
• A recommendation from a current instructor or advisor.
• 3.0 Grade Point Average.

Computer Skills

• Ability to learn Wausau Homes specific software packages
• MS Office
• Depending on the position may need familiarity with CAD drawing software and price quoting software.
