Lead Generation Coordinator - The Lead Lead Generation Coordinator is responsible for generating consumer leads by overseeing internal CRM systems, paid search advertising, and performance analysis for our network of builders.
Builder Recruitment Manager - The Builder Recruitment Manager is responsible for the strategy, implementation, staff and call center management, recruitment and authorization of new builders who demonstrate the ability to properly apply our business model in their Design Studio locations to meet annual unit volume goal, fit in with our culture, and show ability to be a Builder of the Year.
Builder Development Manager - Responsible for achieving sales schedule objectives and controlling expenses within the assigned territory. Become the trusted advisor to a network of Wausau Homes’ builders within the territory and continuously improve the quality and quantity of builders. Increase unit sales through the use of Sales Schedules, Strategic Marketing Plans, Market Share and Customer Satisfaction within the assigned territory.
Maintenance Technician - The multi-skilled Maintenance Technician will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair various types of equipment including AC/DC electrical, electronics, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical systems and preventative maintenance to support the Wausau Homes' facility.
Materials Specialist - The Material Specialist works with the Sales Support Team and the Wausau Homes Builder to estimate and order the materials during the scheduling of the project through the completed interior project.
- Creating window, door and interior trim quotes using quoting software
- Creating material lists from architectural plans
- Problem solving and critical thinking to create solutions for unique and custom situations
- Cabinet design and layout. Material quoting and ordering
First Shift Production Positions - Positions will be trained in walls, floor, and truss areas. Starting wage is $16.00/hour.
