Owners Jim Sutter and Carissa Manteufel have over 40 years of residential construction experience. As second and third generation builders they know the every detail of the construction industry with experience building homes, duplexes, and commercial. Jim has been extensively involved in area land developments as well as architectural review committees. Inspired by the family's work as barn builders and masons, this home building team knows that with the right tools and skills, there is no limitation to what can be created.
