About Our Design Studio
Wausau Homes Warsaw is a premier home builder that offers guidance on everything from creating a custom home plan to selecting the interior and exterior features that will make your home unique. Owners Evan and Gina Schenkel have been building homes in the Warsaw area for over 15 years. Evan is an Indiana native who started his career at the local lumberyard. He moved into construction early in his career and learned the intricate knowledge needed to complete all aspects of a home, from concrete to roofing. Both Gina and Evan are dedicated volunteers for the local fire department and ambulance services. They are the local building partners that you can trust!
Visit the Warsaw Design Studio to begin creating the home you've always dreamed of. With advanced 3D home rendering technology, we’ll walk you through your custom new home before it’s even built. Once the home is created your way, we’ll provide a firm price and move-in date ensuring no surprises during the building process.
Each Wausau Homes Builder is an independent local business, so you can have the confidence and ease of dealing with a local builder. Plus, each Wausau Homes Builder has access to all of the Wausau Homes design tools and Wausau Homes components.
